If you’ve never tried boxing before, don't worry. Most of our students come in with little to no boxing experience. We're designed for ages 12 and above and for all skill levels. Our classes will help you develop proper punching technique, combinations, and footwork. Build stamina, self-discipline and control all while burning fat and gaining muscle. With the proper boxing techniques and dedication to training, our clients often notice full body transformations.
