Train with the champion himself. You get goal-specific designed sessions in a one-to-one training setting with the coach. Stay consistent and focussed, and you'll soon achieve the impossible. Our sessions last for 60 minutes.

CLASS MEMBERSHIP

Meet us mid-way between personal and group training. Train with a very small group of people in a super engaging session, while also getting the desired personal training from our coach. Our sessions last for 60 minutes.

GROUP CLASSES

The ideal setting for having fun and advancing your fitness is at our Group Training. The Agoge family is a group of people with the same goal - who push their limit, find their strength, and most importantly - never surrender! We keep the atmosphere motivating and fun, while ensuring you get enough individual focus from our coach, even within a group. All you have to do is show up and keep pushing the limit to achieve what you think is impossible. Let's get healthier and fitter together. Our sessions last for 60 minutes.
